Esta elecci\u00f3n ha sido pensada para ofrecerle un final de comida que combine frescura y ligereza, equilibrando acidez y dulzor.<\/p><p>La degustaci\u00f3n le ofrecer\u00e1 una mezcla de texturas y sabores, combinando el lim\u00f3n Cedr\u00f3n con la mano de Buda, semiconfitada, as\u00ed como la fragancia que emana al rallarlo.<\/p><p>Gajos de lim\u00f3n Cedr\u00f3n fresco en gelatina y un helado con notas de Sudachi y Yuzu. Y lim\u00f3n negro iran\u00ed seco, que encontrar\u00e1 en el shortbread y en los p\u00e9talos de merengue.<\/p><p>Esta acidez se combina con el dulzor de una crema l\u00e1ctea de bayas Batak, sobre la que se vierte una salsa de lim\u00f3n cedr\u00f3n para ligarlo todo.<\/p><p>Para acompa\u00f1ar este postre, encontrar\u00e1 una cassolette que contiene caviar de lim\u00f3n y una emulsi\u00f3n de faisselle, para degustar a su gusto.
